Alex's first birthday was on February 22nd. Here is a quick recap!
First of all, here's a few pictures from the blessed event!
"Stop giving me all the attention"-Alex
He is really good at opening gifts! I hardly have to do anything!
Mommy and Daddy also bought him his first train set. He loves wheels and propellers and so we got the set that came with a windmill.
This toy is precious and ultimately his favorite. It is a talking singing dog that can be personalized to fit your child. So I programed his name into the memory chip along with Alex's favorite foods, colors, and animals. "Scout" sings cute songs that teaches Alex how to spell his name and count to five. It is probably the best baby buy we have ever made. And the best part is that Alex loves it! He takes Scout everywhere with him!
I made individual cup cakes and then got a cupcake stand to make a little cake tower. He loved his cake! Wasn't a huge fan of the ice cream, but it grew on him. :0)
MMMMMMM!!!!! When he finished his cake, he held up the plate and said, "Bye, bye." Yes, Alex, bye bye til next year. lol.
