Christmas Before Christmas

The week of Christmas was absolutely delightful! Blake and I really took the Christmas spirit in hand and partied it up. We snacked on Christmas goodies, baked dozens of cookies (and cookie dough), went Christmas lighting in town-which was rather disappointing considering where we live, I thought for sure Rexburg would deck out for the season. We also watched classics like The Year Without a Santa Claus, Rudolph, and my personal favorite It's a Wonderful Life. We also spent on night doing last minute gift wrapping and spending quality couple time together. It was amazing to be with my honeybunches over the holidays. That time of the year is so magical when you share it with your eternal best friend and companion. Traditions were created. Love was expressed. And the true meaning of Christmas was very fondly remembered as we did service for our fellows and tried to bring the full spirit of the season unto our friends and family members. The following are pictures from that wonderful week!

My wonderful angel that my Dad bought us. She is beautiful.

The stocking that took me all month to embroider. I love them! I think they are so homey!
