Christmas Day with the Rawls

So Christmas Eve was a blast! We ate individualized pot pies and cheese, sausage, and crackers while watching Jimmy Stuart as George Bailey. Then we watched the snow, which was falling magically. Blake said it was the first time he had actually had snow fall on Christmas Eve-well, at least while he was awake. That poor Texas boy! So deprived! We also wrote letters to Santa and put them on the tree. We left the jolly old man popcorn and water...cause I was too pregnant and tired to make cookies, lol. Now, here comes my strange story! On Christmas Day, we both woke up and began to make our delicious breakfast of biscuits and gravy. Well, we got talking because the popcorn had been spilled on the table and the water had been drunk. The letters that had been left on the tree were gone too! Well, we were eating and Blake started talking about how clever it was of me to pull a "cutsey Santa trick" on him. I had NO idea what he was talking about. I figured that his trip to the kitchen for a glass of water had been the prime opp for him to pull a trick on me. We are still to this day unaware of what happened to the letters-their gone! We either have a Christmas ghost that wanders our apartment or the old man really did drop by!
Opening gifts were so fun. Here are so pictures of the laughter and the craziness that ensued that day!

The Letter that is no where to be found!

Our Christmas Eve Traditional dinner!

My Knight in the plastic box-lol! I've always wanted a vamp for Christmas.

The amythyst necklace that Blake surprised me with! I have always wanted one!

My honeybunches! He is so cute! I LOVE him!
