We are looking to sell our contract for a great apartment. We have lived here our first year of marriage and have loved the place. The managers are wonderful and the neighbors are always willing to lend a hand or just come over and hang if your in need of a friend. You have the choice between a married ward or the family ward. The apartment is a two bedroom, one bath place with spacious kitchen. The rent is $510 per month. That includes all utilities except electric. These apartment are very efficient and so electric has run no more then $60, usually. In the summer, it can be as low as $30! Internet runs great and is complimentary. The apartment is right up a short flight of stairs on the second floor - move in was very easy and being on the second floor has cut our electric bill down a bit. We have loved this apartment and it's hard to leave our home - but we hope that you can call this place your home before long too!
